Meditation

You can book Alison 1-2-1 or for groups of up to 8 people for meditation advice and guidance.  Each personality is different and each of us is at a different life stage and circumstance.  Alison can help you find the practice that suits your circumstances and help you develop a personal and appropriate meditation practice.  There are many practices that can be used to aid your meditation such as specific pranayama techniques, mudras and bandhas.  Also different techniques tend to suit different people, for some it will be trataka, others antar mouna, for others japa or ajapa japa - the final goal is to be able to sit still and steady feeling the mental agitations and movements quieten and enjoy inner silence or peace.
